The Little Chubby muzzle brake was designed for semi auto 7.62 use to provide the shooter speed and accuracy on successive shots. Curtis Werries, a police sniper and competition shooter, developed the Little Chubby so he could recover quickly from recoil, and deliver a fast follow up shot.

After testing and refinement, Werries and Rat Worx collaborated to put the Little Chubby on the market for semi-auto AR type 7.62 rifles. With proper body alignment, shooters will be able to hold their reticle in less than a 2in. circle at 100 yards throughout recoil.

This 2 3/8" crush washer style Brake is threaded for 5/8x24. It is made of 4140 chrome molly steel and black oxide coated; manufactured at Rat Worx USA. This brake can also be installed on a bolt action type gun in the 7.62/308 caliber as well but on the bolt guns recoil and muzzle rise is dampened to about 70%. The Little Chubby is designed for 95% reduction on most semi autos.
